Take your product to another shop, this place is terrible as other reviewers have said! I went into the store a few weeks ago for a replacement iPhone 11 screen. The wrong one was ordered which I accept is just one of those things. The guy in the shop seemed helpful. However, since then, despite phoning and messaging I’ve had no response at all about a new screen. I’m very disappointed and I am wondering if the business has closed down? Terrible!!

My Macbook Pro was not working and I took it there to be repaired. I was told that I will be called within a day or two. Didn't here anything the whole week. Eventually I got a solution from them that didn't make any sense. Was not a good experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
they don’t return anything (even new stuff) even if you return it in 30 minutes, just give you a voucher. don’t buy anything from them. I live in the Netherlands for almost 3 years and never bought anything with this kind of policy. I'm not sure even if this legal. one more thing, you are not honest if you have such policy which it's not normal you have to tell you customers especially if you don't speak dutch. such dishonest people.
I like these guys, you have to be patient as they are just to busy. But they know their stuff.
I needed a new battery for my MacBook Air and I did not want to spend too many days without my laptop because I needed constantly for work. To minimise the reparation time, they ordered the new battery in advance and informed me when it arrived. I brought the laptop next day and got the battery replaced within an hour. Everything worked smoothly and real quick!
