I got cheated in this store. The employee gave wrong information and gave me a sim card as my KPN home internet was supposed to arrive after 25days. He told me that sim can be cancelled just before a day (which I came to know is not possible) and when I met him he said he will cancel it which he never did. So my sim contract continues and I have to pay 80Euros more because of them. Now they tell me they understand how I feel and yes I got cheated but they cannot help me as I do not have proof. I will not trust and will be very careful with what employee say here. I would suggest people to record what they say. THEY CHEAT!

I bought my prepaid simcard here, super friendly staff. I forgot to bring my cards (debit and credit) and they told me they can only accept card payment. The staff was very kind, he offered me to pay cash to him and he will pay for me using his card. Superb!

I made a contract for wifi and expected installation was after about 40 days. But after 22 days when I visited the store they told me that my contact has been canceled on the same day when I made my contact. I got no email no call and letter of cancellation. Though I got the free supplementary internet device during the waiting time yet the waiting time was too long. Later, I contacted another provider and they installed wifi in my house in 36 hours.
