I found a stick in my food. Went back and was told by the people I needed to contact the head office to either get my money back or a new pasta. I had a photo to prove everything. I just want my food that I paid for.

Closed before internet advertised time. Got the 22:05 and it was locked up with no one in sight.
They never, and I repeat, never made a pasta that I ordered accurately. There are about 6 sauce options, and toppings that you can add and pay. Somehow, I never get parsley even if I order it every time I go there, and whenever I want to change an ingredient with another one (like spring onions instead of dried tomatoes, both of which do not belong to the prepaid sauce and added later on) I get both ingredients inside my pasta box. I’ve been in different branches at train stations, partly because it’s usually the only fast pasta alternative and partly because I hoped it’d have been just a bad day for that particular employee and s/he might not have paid as much attention as s/he usually does, but it somehow kept happening. Now I’m eating another, and probably the last pasta I got from there, with dried tomatoes and without parsley.
Unfriendly service. When I said 'I asked for penned instead of tortellini' , the answer was 'this was in the receipt so that's not my problem' LOL!
Julia is apparently a chain pasta place that can be found in several train stations (I found them in Leiden and Amsterdam). It is fast food that is pretty tasty and healthy. Choices include carbonara, chicken pesto, bolognese, marinara, and you can add on extra chicken, cheese, spinach, arugula, and other items. It's very reasonably priced as well.
Tasty pasta, quick and friendly service. Great option when you have to catch a train and are craving for something nutritious.
Coffee was good, people were friendly.
A good option for take away.
