Easy-to-find place next to the train station of Leiden. The food is tasty and seems to be fresh. You have to decide your own ingredients and can make your own dish with rice or noodles and lots of veggies. Definitely worth trying out if you pass by. More of a lunch/snack place than a dinner place in my opinion.
