Been there many times. Nice pharmacy, patient staff, and waiting time isn’t any longer than any centrally located pharmacies in The Hague.

Worst service ever!!! Please tell me another pharmacy to go to this is awful.... Doesn’t matter how EMPTY the place is, you got to wait in line with frustrating feeling all the time. No respect for customers no attention at all just awful. To all find another please and spread the voice

I work full-time and I have to leave early from work to pick up my medicines. However, today I have been waiting over 20 minutes to pick up my recipe. This means I have leave work even earlier to also account for the waiting times. Question 1: why are you not open one evening a week so people can pick up urgent medicines after work comfortably? I am guessing many people from your clients work full-time. Secondly, I am guessing you know the times between 8-9 and 16-17 are busy times: why not employ more staff during those hours. It is not the first time I have had to wait over 20 minutes to be helped. I understand you have to double check and answer questions, but you are also a business; and in business customer friendliness counts. I have no other store in town where I have to wait over 20 minutes to (in essence) buy something. So suggestion 1: open for longer hours. Suggestion 2: employ more staff during busy hours. (small tip: some staff need a crash course in english in order to prevent unsafe intake of medicines).

My contact lens was hurting my eye too much this morning. Nothing helped, so I left work and walked there one eye closed to buy a bottle of soft lens solution. They said they didn’t have any. I couldn’t hide my surprise. Then I asked if I could use their restroom. They said “no” despite seeing how desperate I was. I said, “I visited the family doctor here many times before. Please.” They said no, “go to a restaurant.” I left. I had gorgiven them for charging me 5 euros for a two-second advice following a question about some pills. But, I will never forget how they treated me today.
