The worst service ever! We went to Carpet Right because we wanted laminate in our baby room and it is a bit special, as on one wall a higher edge was needed. A person came to mesure everything and we made an appointment for laying the floor. Everything seemed ok until they actually started to lay down the floor. Only half of it was ready and then they realised they don't have enough of our laminate to complete our room! Not even on stocks! We were waiting for a call with information what they were about to do as everything was already paid. We never received a call or email. My husband always had to call them or email them so they can actually complete our floor. And they finally came to complete the floor with the correct laminate. But surprise! They didn't have the higher edge for that special wall we have! They just left the wall like this! They didn't know about this they said... how that is possible as everything was mesured by their staff in advance?! Also all other edges are done prety bad. I would cut my self more straight if I would have the tools to do it.. Carpet right, please fix finally the floor of our baby room! We already have our baby but we cannot enjoy his lovely room bacause of your terrible service! You destroyed the amazing experience of having a child and prepering his room! Everything was paid well in advance! Please do what you are paid for!

My husband and I are renovating our home. We visited Carpetright in Leiden to pick out new flooring. Patrick was our sales representative and he did such a great job answering all our questions from start to finish. We really felt Patrick had our best interest in mind when recommending various solutions to us and finding what fit our needs. We did purchase new flooring during our visit and look forward to seeing it installed. We would definitely recommend Carpetright!
Gemengde ervaring. Ging een hoop mis. Eerst klopte de bon niet, kwamen verborgen kosten bij die na bellen overigens wel recht zijn gezet. Communicatie rondom aflevering was erg onduidelijk. Toen de vloer eenmaal zou worden afgeleverd kwam de stoffeerder zonder bericht niet opdagen. Het gekke is dat deze winkel zelf niets in de gaten lijkt te houden. Ik heb zelfs dagelijks met deze winkel aan de lijn moeten hangen en overal achteraan moeten zitten, er kwam weinig initiatief vanuit de winkel. Elke keer als ik belde zou ik worden teruggebeld maar dat gebeurde 9 van de 10x niet. Heel erg irritant. Uiteindelijk is met weken vertraging de vloer gelegd, waar ik tevreden over ben, vandaar 3 sterren. Maar er had hier wel een hoop beter gekund.
Ik ben niet in de winkel zelf geweest, maar via internet een tapijt uitgezocht en ben geweldig goed geholpen. Werd snel bezorgd en het is een fantastisch mooi kleed. We zijn er erg blij mee!
