I can’t recommend enough we were put at ease by the sensitivity and caring Phil provided. Unfortunately we had been put in a position out of our control with a little dog and had to find her a home as we wanted to do this in the kindest way possible. I dropped little B off to a foster home and Rachel there was so caring and everyone was so excited to have little B. A home had been found by the time we got to Rachel’s and I am very confident that little B will have a life she so deserves. Thank you all so much x

Very rude. Completed the application form. Then asked to video home (downstairs) and garden including fencing. I emailed photos instead and explained my phone does not allow me to take videos, thinking it would suffice as whats the difference? Received a rather unintelligible email back saying thats not how they work and because I can't send a video then my application has been rejected. I'm a retired dog behaviourist! Following the response from Leicestershire Dogs with regard to my honest review. Whilst I understand many people have had a positive experience, I have not. Indeed, having submitted my honest review, the MD has subsequently accused me of defamation and harassment and threatened to send the police to my address. Further, he has also sent me two, what I consider to be some rather inflammatory missives. These are not the actions I would expect from a company registered with the Charities Commission. As I said, I fully appreciate that many of you have had a positive experience and I am pleased it has been so. Perhaps the owner should reflect on that, but accept that the whole point of having a review system is so that people can give their personal account of their experience without receiving such a vitriolic response. I wish him and his dogs well.
I am soo happy with the service I have received, Phil was friendly and professional, they were so fast in helping with the circumstances of why I needed to rehome my dog, the lady who fostered her was lovely and I felt very happy to leave her there and I’ve had videos and updates letting me know how she’s getting on.. I would most certainly recommend
After having a terrible experience with a dog we contacted leicestershire dogs and asked for help immediately and late at night, we were explained everything we needed to know and how the process worked. Even when working through each step, we were kept in contact with and reminded of next step process. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for your help.
