Receptionists are rude and do not give appointments, there are new doctors every week who have no idea what is going on and the receptionists direct you to an app that does not work and then shrug their shoulders when it is impossible to get vital medicines. This place is a health risk.

If you are feeling low and have poor mental health, this place will make you feel worse. Staff are RUDE VILE INCONSIDERATE total lack of COMPASSION no respect, leave you feeling you have no dignity or value for your life.

Absolutely vile receptionist, it really doesn’t hurt to speak to people with respect. It cost nothing at all, don’t be a receptionist if you haven’t got that kind approach to people. This isn’t for all staff a select few are nice.

Dont like this surgery I had a doctor call back today for my son hes only 1 years old and she put the phone down on me when she has spoken it's like they dont want you to go to the surgery after this appointment I'm gonna change doctors Very mad

First time being referred to this centre for a Saturday appointment. Arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately. Whole appointment was efficient and thorough and all the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very impressed. Thank you.
