One of my preferred services on the M1. Clean, convenient and generally not too busy. Decent shops and dining too.

Just stopped off for a hazelnut hot chocolate. Which was delicious. 10/0

My partner left her phone behind and didn't realise until we got 12 miles out so we turned round and rang them straight away, by the time we got their someone kindly handed it into security so thank you to that person. Top customer service from the staff will definitely be stopping for drinks and food again when we're next down that way. Covid safety measures in place and clean facilities.
