Ordered samples of the Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) online and, within a few days, we received an excellent quality samples book with pictures. We wanted to see the bigger size samples and called in to be told they would happily send some full tiles for us to appraise. We sent the email request and received these the next day. Every question asked has been answered thoroughly and promptly by Kylie Sullivan. Amazing service backed up by great quality products.
