Very poor service and quality of items. Has been dispatched damaged items didn't have refund. Two weeks still home and waiting for collection. Save you money and time, don't use this company.

Be aware of this company!! They ask you to provide your postcode to for \exact\ shipping costs then once you proceed the postage suddenly doubles! Stay away from them, just after your money

Aqva - I wouldn't give one star if I could give less. This company posted misleading information on their website, and upon further investigation refused to rectify their errors. Contact has been extremely difficult, and no resolution to complaints has been achieved. This company should not be trading - Trading Standards are aware of these issues. Beware and avoid at all costs

The good reviews are FAKE. This company is awful. After ordering over a week ago, the helpline has no idea how to deal with the 'missing order. I have to speak to another team, is the reply, they cannot email me with an explanation, they do not have access to email.....many alarm calls being rung here......cannot refund me until they find the parcel......currently on 30 minute hold......

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't make the mistake of ordering from this company. I ordered several items on 21st October. The website said 6 working days (which is laughable). I've had some of my order delivered, but still waiting on two missing items. I'll be waiting at least another 2 weeks for one of the items, I've got no ETA on the other. So that's no bathroom in time for Christmas and tradespeople I have to keep letting down thanks to AQVA. I've lost all faith in this company due to poor communication and even poorer excuses. Every time they get in touch (only when chased) it's just to let me down again. Please don't use this company, unless you can afford to wait 3 months for products.
