I've shopped at Thimbles online quite a bit recently. My last order hadn't arrived, I advised then, they apologised and said they would get the order out again. The very next day the original order arrived (typical), I let Thimbles know. It was down to a delay at Royal Mail. Thimbles where very helpful, I would definitely recommend. They have a great range in store.

Order online via Amazon never turned up, no tracking info. They promised to send replacement but this didn't arrive either and they were not able to provide tracking info when asked. Bad communications, they eventually cancelled my order without explanation. I wouldn't trust them again. Known as Shoppers Freedom on Amazon. Companies House info not encouraging.

Brilliant service! When my parcel didn’t arrive in the anticipated timeframe they offered to send out a replacement at no extra cost to me. In fact it arrived 2 days later, delayed I think due to the Bank Holiday. Obviously I let them know I had received my goods and was quick enough to stop them sending out the replacement. It’s always nice to be able to support local small businesses.
