I called today for an appointment as I can’t hear out of one ear I spoke to the receptionist went through all my details then at the end of the call she was explaining the clinics covid protocols when I explained I had a valid medical exemption card only to be asked what the exemption is for I told them I didn’t want to disclose that information but I would bring my valid exemption card with me only to be refused service and refunded my money. Very disappointed in this discriminatory practice. With that in mind my exemption shouldn’t have even been questioned

Outstanding professional and absolute great experience! I had a severe case of a blocked left year, i tried going to the hospital emergency because of the pain in the ear, they didn't see me and asked me to call my gp, the gp adviced me to keep using the ear drops witch wasn't making any difference at all... i contact The hear clinic, they scheduled me for the same day, solved my problem in less than 15 minutes with no pain at all. I highly recommend anyone with any hearing problems to visit his clinic for a quick, cheap and professional service!
Absolutely amazing service and I would recommend to anyone. I had the last appointment of the day and my impacted earwax and swollen ear canal had made me deaf in my left ear and unable to sleep or eat properly for 3 days. This was not an issue at all and I got my hearing back and all the wax and dead skin removed in one sitting in both ears. Amazing service and money very well spent. I feel great now after a very painful last few days and have my life back. I can hear my toenails growing now
Brilliant service! I had a build up of ear wax and the drops that the doctor gave me blocked my ears and i could barely hear. After some googling I called the clinic at 9.30am and got an appointment for 1.00pm by 1.30pm i could hear again :). What i loved the most is that he shows you the before and after so you know 100% that hes done the job. Id definitely recommend.
Great experience and extremely professional. I visited my GP regarding ear pains and loss of hearing, so they recommend I use over the counter drops. After countless sleepless nights of pain, I contacted The Hear Clinic. The staff arranged for me to see Neel the same day and greeted me professionally making me feel comfortable (tea/coffee). Within minutes of being diagnosed with the help of visual aid (thanks to Neel smart device), he was able to clear my blocked canals and I was able to hear clearer then ever before.
