I recently had my eye test 2 months ago and I basically lost my prescription card unfortunately, and I needed it imminently. I managed to call up yesterday to request my prescription, and I recieved it in the post today (within 24hrs), very swiftly. I am grateful for that and did not expect it to reach me so quickly! Thank you to the team.

Had 2 visits, 1st visit was very good and staff were very accommodating however didn't order glasses as wanted to look around and I had other pressing matters. Would have been a 5 star! However... 2nd visit was a very poor experience, went in around 2pm to order glasses. Was told that I had to have an appointment to look at glasses. Wanted to browse but was told to leave. I was told I have to book an appointment however there wasn't an option. Needless to say I will not be visiting again.

This was a return visit to this branch and being an over 60 i was suppressed that I was not offered a 25% discount that company has, nevertheless the service was excellent and this will not stopped me from revisiting for my next eyesight test and replacing glasses in the future. The staff were welcoming and helpful and friendly, I only discovered today online that discounts are available to over 60s like myself.

Seem to have too many staff in, there was 3 people just stopped in masks and aprons when I went in and they didn't do anything the whole time?

No complaints at all. Thank you... especially to Sarah who was lovely. I dread the bit where you choose new glasses but she made me feel at ease and completely 'got' what I wanted. I was really grateful for her patience and good advice, legend!!
