NATALIE STORE MANAGER VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPOKE TO ME VERY RUDLEY ON THE PHONE WHEN AS I CUSTOMER I WAS ASKING A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT SOMETHING STATED ON THE WEBSITE IF PHONES ARE RECORDED I ADVISE SOMEONE HIGHER UP TOO LOOK IF SHES MANAGING YOUR STORE I WONDER WHAT STAFF ARE LIKE NEVER HAD A ISSUE BUT THIS MANAGER IS THE WORSE STAFF IVE SPOKE TO IN ANY COMPANY I CALLED ON 19/02/21 APPROXIMATELY AT 11.55AM

Used to love this store. Always preordered my games from here until I bought Spiderman on PS4 a few days after release. I mistakenly handed over 60 in 10 notes to the dude at the till. Total was 49.99 and I received a penny change. I only realised once I got home , and there was nothing I could do about it.. I am 100% sure I handed 6 notes, I was tending to my sister so was partly distracted. The fella at the till was Jamaican I think, had neat dreadlocks. Can't blame him tbh, but it's just one of them things that happened and I find it difficult to forget. Well, since then, I prefer just buying my games online. Including boardgames and all. Thank you Smyths Toys for the great years in the past.

Very good service today from an excellent staff member called Ryan. He chatted to both me and my son whilst putting the goods through the till and even offered help to the car. He’s a keeper.
