My family have been with a lot of different GP's in and around Leicester. I was referred to this practice by one of my colleagues who had nothing but good words for this practice, and now I too can proudly say, that I am glad to be registered with Shefa Medical. The receptionists have on every occasion when I have rang, been softly spoken, polite and informative. The doctor's too take their time in listening without interrupting and explain the treatments necessary, until you are satisfied and understand the prognosis. I have always so far felt comfortable with my GP's outcome. Thank you for making it a pleasant place to come.

As this is a city practice and not a village practice, also there are other people besides me. I take it all in my stride, if they say it's a two week wait. If it is an emergency, then I go to the hospital, as there are other people besides me. I find the receptionists pleasant, as long as you treat them the way that you want to be treated and not shout,scream or swear at them. It does not take much to be pleasant as they will bend over backwards to help, so give them a chance, not just here but other service industries.

Reception is very poor they hardly answer the phone even if they answer they don't give you appointment and then talks back to you.

the staff at this place are extremely rude and late. receptionists are very rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. the receptionist gave me an appointment two weeks ago classified as \emergency appointment\ and when i went in, the doctor had the audacity to tell me that \she needs to be quick because she had to go and have her Christmas eve holidays\. absolutely atrocious.

By far the worst GP I've ever been too. Incompetent staff with ridiculous policies. Receptionists/Doctors are always late with repeat prescriptions, receptionists are rude an uncooperative. If you have a complaint they don't allow you to lodge it, nor allow you too speak with your so called GP. I've put up with this GP for around a year and I still haven't seen the doctor I've been assigned too. If I could give this sorry excuse of a GP lower than 0 stars I would.
