Very impressed with this Selco branch. We were in need of some items for our bathroom project and went to this particular Selco as we have a trade account. It was very clean and organised and the staff were very helpful, especially Sarah who helped us finding all the products that we needed to complete our project. Prices were competitive and there is a good range of products. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Thanks for all your help.

Had cause to visit Selco Builders merchants this morning never been there before and I have to say don't think I will go anywhere else again for my DIY needs needed some MDF wanting it cut into strips James behind the counter was brilliant got the MDF for me worked out how many strips I'd need for my requirements and cut them for. Great service. Forget B&Q go to Selco.
Appalling experience selco charges you 15% to bring items back - so called restocking/admin this practice is blatant robbery and imposed tax on the customer as no other reputable places engage in such theft from the customer I went to return items within 2 hours and the staff/manager were very unhelpful and lack customer service - half baked amateurs. They then pointed out that if you have an account you don't get charged as opposed to a regular person who will get charged they could easily have handled the situation more professionally but it is definately a sneaky way to retain some money even though you are just returning an unused item. If you are reading this comment as a new or even previous customer then stay well clear of this store and go to other well known names where service is better. Definately avoid.
