I just moved into this building, and i have not one bad thing to say about the management team. I have soo much praise for Jaj, very professional and has great customer service skills. If you are thinking of moving in here please ask for Jaj she is the best.

This is an amazing place to live! I was lucky to have one of the best views in England from my flat. I enjoy regularly the swimming pool, Gym, monthly parties, etc. Everything in Leicester is close by, just a couple of blocks from the clock tower. The flat is comfortable, warm and very bright. He have access to an inimaginable range of services through an App. But the best is the amazing staff they have who are extremely friendly and always willing to do their best to help us with any need we could have. I would not imagine myself moving to another place in the future. Queen Street Apartments is my home!

I just recently moved to these apartments and I have nothing but praise for Jaj, the member of staff who hosted me for the multiple viewings, and also arranged the logistics for me to move it. She went above, and definitely well beyond in order to make my move as seamless as possible. Particularly pleased with her professionalism and efficiency. Brilliant to work with.

I feel sorry for landlords who have to deal with this agency. I called 7 days ago to arrange a viewing and explained I’ll need the apartment in the next 2 weeks. Called again 2 days later and then again yesterday. They keep saying someone will get back to you. I got the most unclear email today with a list of available apartments, so many abbreviations I can’t tell what’s what or which apartments don’t have access to lifts. No wonder the landlords are reducing rent (comes up as reduced on Rightmove) because no one is working to get their apartments rented. I have never seen an agency so uninterested in tenants. This post is for landlords to understand why they’re probably making a loss.
