It speaks for itself really doesn't it... Endless complaints about lack of communication, no proper consideration shown by PA for complaints, upheld complaints not being addressed. Phonecalls never returned emails never replied to.. For them to answer all the points made in the reviews with a stock response asking the tenant to email them and let them try to sort it out. It seems to have not registered with them that the complaints are not acknowledged hence people leaving the reviews. It's just another pointless waste of time. The truth is they just don't care

PA Housing don't allow to use main community Hall in Wolsey building because security man sleep on sofa in daytime. only i wonder if security man sleep in day time then who is going to secure this site.
When we moved in to our PA property we were given a welcome gift box which contained some home essentials,a nice touch. Can anyone tell me what brand the bar of soap was? It's the nicest bar of soap I have ever used. I'd like to buy some. Thank you.
