Customer service was excellent. I was looking for some products all over leicester and thought I was not going to find them. I called the store and they gave great guidance and offer the products they had available. Due to traffic delays they were late to open however they gave me a call back to let me know which I really appreciated. I got to the store and was greeted by a warm welcome. I would recommend this store to everyone due to the service I received today.

A very good Hardware store run by a very courteous and helpful staff. The shop is always fully stocked and very reasonably priced. They always have what I need and are very knowledgeable; always serving with a smile. They go out of their way in order to get their customers what they want. They also provide free delivery and can order in for the next day if they don't stock the item. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!
Great place even rang me back as they were serving other customers at the time. This place is an Aladdin’s cave of hardware and if they haven’t got what you want they always offer to get it for you. Really hand and great service
