Was let down by other people on 4 occasions, found mark simply by google search, he came gave us a very fair price, went with him, and couldn’t of asked for any more. He did brilliantly - good manors. He was clean and tidy. Explained everything. Would use him again and highly recommend

Hired to supply front door, back door, french doors and Sash windows. Although Mark appeared professional and well-dressed on his first visit and subsequent visits until the job was confirmed, everything that followed was disastrous. Due to the poor standard of workmanship I had to cancel my contract and have all doors removed and replaced with new doors from a different company. MBM Joinery have an outstanding CCJ due to failure to pay back my deposit and incurred damages. Summary of issues below. 1. Front door incorrectly measured and had to wait for a replacement 2. Replacement front door attempted to be fitted into the original frame and therefore didn't close properly 3. Back door incorrectly measured and wrong pattern supplied 4. French doors incorrectly measured, attempted to fit, and as a result the frame was rendered unusable 5. French doors did not close or lock properly 6. Block-work smashed out of kitchen extension rather than cleanly cut. 7. Fitters didn't arrive as agreed after first delivery 8. Glass for above front door was incorrect size, had to wait for replacement 9. French door fitted out of square 10. Refusal to take phone calls, and to return keys 11. Police report raised in order to get keys to property returned 12. Litter and debris left throughout the house 13. Screws protruding through door frames 14. Floor level above door threshold
Fabulous work fitting my doors on...... I love them also went the higher mile for me for fitting a light in class work couldn’t ask for any better..... would definitely recommend
Found mark by searching for carpenter in Leicester, need some wall units adding for more space, choose what we wanted. Mark was able to collect our order for us. Which saved us delivery cost and then we had mark assemble and fit. And hang to out utility room Very good service. Fast turnaround. Fairly priced and clean and tidy. Would use mark again. Give him a 5star review
MbM Joinery is a great company that did a fantastic job installing four bedroom Oak doors . They are very professional and cooperative. I found them on Google. I was quite aprehesive at first as you never know how good their work will be. However, after getting work done I can confidently recommend this company. I will be using them again to install skirting boards and doors in the dining room and living room.
