Have used Mallards a lot of really recommend them they are the only ones I trust. Even when we moved to the North West of the country I have driven back to use their services. Also brought some gorgeous Diamond earrings, pendant and also emerald and coloured earrings Great staff thank you mallards! 5*

went in today to sell a diamond ring the lady didn't even smile at me she had a fringe and long hair with big fingers the ring was from a loved relative and i wanted to swap it for something else she just told me the diamond looked bigger because of the claws ....well i knew that already she just said it was ok for scrap i just smiled at her miserable face and said thankyou I'll never go there again

Brought a ring from here and it was Sold damaged. Worst Rude manager and refused refund even though it states on the receipt that refund is accepted. Fraudsters avoid them! Pay a little more and go somewhere else

I rang Mallards Leicester to try and get a valuation (for insurance purposes) of a watch that i bought for my mum a while back. I wasn't sure if this is a service Mallards provided and would have expected a response like 'Sorry, this is not a service we provide', but to be told 'the value is what you paid for it' and then hung up on isn't professional or helpful at all. i have stayed clear of the place ever since

sent my late mother in laws ring off with Mallard to be altered, they lost the ring and offered less than 10% of the value as compensation never used them before and would never ever use them again!
