Against all odds (or so it felt at the time), Lumbers managed to source a specific item of jewellery in a specific size in record time. I don’t remember the last time that I received such exemplary customer service and I would like to thank them so much for their assistance.

Dear Dominic Gomersall I visited Lumbers to replace a gold chain for my wife's sentimental necklace. I had to wait a few weeks for the chain to be shortened but wasn't notified when it it ready to collect, I had to enquire. Upon collection I was shocked to received it in a horrible plastic bag. I was more than happy to pay extra for a gift wrapped box for my wife but wasn't even given the option, presentation means a lot!! I visited Lumbers for a quality service but found myself disappointed, although I was happy with the product.
Buying a watch or a item of jewellery is difficult even after all your research either on line or at the jewellers. During the sales process a good sales person will listen to you to understand your needs. At Lumbers I got exactly that, during the process I had a serendipity moment & now have exactly what I want on my wrist. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I found the team at Lumbers friendly & professional. I bought an engagement ring from Lumbers a few weeks ago and was extremely impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I was fortunate to be given an appointment with Michelle and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from her, she was kind, honest, understanding and, of course, very knowledgeable. Michelle guided me through the process from start to finish and I ended up with a beautiful ring that my now fiancé loves.
Hello people I’ve purchased a watch from Lumber Jewellers the Garmin Commander to be more exact,for 1360 now you’d expect the box to be sealed and the watch not to have ben used as no description of this being a second had or ex display item was stated on the shop page at any time! So surprised to realise that the item came with clear signs that someone had been wearing it having paint that’s faded around push buttons and a decent scratch on the back ,it’s a joke and you’d expect this for a cheap E buy purchase not a watch /jewellery specialised shop. Can I just ask why would you do something like that what would you try to sell used and trick client that is new ? I’ll have my refund back please happy to spend that money somewhere else where people respect the client and don’t try to sell used stuff instead of new. Happy to send photos of the purchase to anyone interested and proof of purchase ! Alex
