Awful place, awful experience. Preliminary blood tests mixed up or not sent to the lab on time, resulting in more tests having to be done. Had 5 cancelled telephone consultations with Miss Potdar which were cancelled 5 times. Had a session booked in next week with her and she decides to take annual leave and cancel with 5 days notice. Absolutely disgusted by this service. Staff are rude and incompetent, expect no less. Gone private with CARE fertility and this was the best decision ever.

Really messed me up. Made my IVf very stressful even resulted to tears most of the time. Would never go there again Wouldn’t recommend it to any one try a different ivf clinic

Doctors are absolutely helpful and polite but when speaking to the reception/admin staff they are very rude and don’t explain things properly and when you ask they jump down your throat and say you need to be patient at a time like this when you have to have treatment they should be a bit more caring and empathetic not give you a lecture for calling just to ask about an update.
