It's alright if you like modern 'gin palace dealerships. Me, I found the experience as sterile as a radioactive glass of piss. Staff were a pleasure to meet but give me the old school type dealer personal touch any day, where you're made to feel part of the brand family rather than just a number on a spreadsheet somewhere.

Bought my 3rd A3 from Leicester Audi and what a great experience it was. After placing my deposit online and catching the train down then being picked up by the salesman and taken to the dealership. The whole process was great from start to finish and I'm really pleased with my new Audi. This is the second Audi A1 which I’ve bought long distance from Leicester Audi and I love their attention to detail and customer service. The vehicle I purchased in January had some bodywork issues, so instead of opting to make my life difficult, Kevin, the Sales Manager there, got onto it straight away, assigning a driver called Justice (the nicest guy you’ll ever meet) to drive a courtesy car all the way up to Durham and then Justice drove my car all the way back up to my work place in Newcastle once it had been repaired with Kevin keeping in regular contact throughout. After this experience, Leicester Audi have a customer for life. Highly recommended.
