Absolutely the worst GP in Leicester. Receptionist are pathetic. Doctors are also pathetic. Can never get an appointment. Dumb surgery, people are just dumb there. Waste of time. STAY AWAY

I called the Belgrave Medical Centre this morning at 9am, the surgery receptionist Anita Gohil answered the call very professionally, she was very understanding, polite, and very helpful, so keep up with your good work. I then had a phone call from Dr Javed Khokhar, who listened to me asking key relevant questions and understood me needs, booking me to see him in the clinic straight away. He was very welcoming and examined me thoroughly, asking me various medical questions, his warmth & reassurance made me feel so good . I was treated with professionalism and care, which made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left. It is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help by caring, smiling and laughing GP which creates good atmosphere for patients, especially in this difficult pandemic unprecedented testing time for all. I am truly grateful and a big thank you to Dr Javed Khokhar who is a breath of fresh air , God Bless him.

I called this morning to book an appointment for the same day at 10.50 today, they kept me on hold for at least 15 - 25 minutes on the phone which is dissapointing. I believe the GP doctor who saw me rudely yelled at me to try and shut me up when I was trying to explain my health issues/symptoms to him which I am quite unhappy with. It did look like he raised his voice and was a bit aggresive. However, the only good thing about Highfields Medical is that the receptionists were polite and curteos. They were professional both on the phone and upon my arrival.

Mr. Faisal on the reception phone line has been incredible helpful, warm and friendly. excellent customer service experienced this morning after waiting on the phone call for over 45 minutes finally got my emergency appointment. the wait on call is extremely long and as a customer I do seriously wish this could be resolved.
