My experience was great - miles away from any wax removal I had before. Gentle and efficient and my narrow ear canals, where the wax was hard, are now completely clear. I never thought I’d enjoy the process. I hope they never close.

The clinic is clean and tidy with cheerful décor and a friendly receptionist. My appointment was arranged without any fuss, and a reminder sent via text message. I saw Roger, the audiologist, who was polite and approachable, and explained the vacuum procedure clearly. The procedure was quick, painless and effective, though the noise might be slightly unsettling if you've never had it before. Highly recommended.
My first time using Hear4u Leicester and from my phone booking through to having my ear syringe treatment i could not fault this company, Natalia on reception is very professional and very obliging and Ben who carried out my ear syringe was first class. i also like the pleasant surroundings, nice seats in waiting area everything was top class. Just wanted to let you know how very impressed I was with my visit for treatment on 14 September. I was greeted on my arrival by a very friendly and professional receptionist . She made me feel at ease straight away and took the time to help with the necessary form details. The inside of the building was immaculately clean with hand sanitizer readily available on the desk. Roger came out to greet me and was Very prompt with my appointment time. He explained all that was going to happen for my treatment in detail from beginning to end. I was put at my ease straight away .My ear felt 100% better straight away and my hearing had returned.
