Visited the Leicester branch after calling them and got through first time - helpful advice but needed to visit the store. I was served by Jack Brown - outstanding customer service from him from the moment I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. He advised on the product and the aftercare that would be required. Managed to find everything I needed for the job. He is a real asset to the company. Cannot recommend them enough.

Very experienced and helpful guys. They helped me machine pine to my drawing to build a high performance door (insulated and airtight). Door thickness was 89mm and it turned out as expected. Excellent customer service. Special thanks to Andy, Josh and Tony.
