I at first believed the shop was good. I give it 2 stars for the kind staff but ...... I had an iPhone 6 plus LCD problem and I would go to fix it and it would only be temporarily fixed. I would be going back to the shop eventually every month to get it fixed which was time consuming and very annoying. Luckily the 3 month Warranty came in handy but this problem kept on consisting for as solid 1 and a half years. Reiterating the fact that I had to pay full price after the 3 months. Some times I had lost the bill so had to pay full price for a fix again. I eventually got so fed up with this problem because of how much it was costing be every 3 months that I made a decision to finally but another phone. Not happy with the service at all and would NOT RECOMMEND this shop for phone repairs.

My sim card slot was stuck and I couldn't open it, so I took it to Gicom. They sorted it out for me and switched my Sim in a matter of seconds (turns out I just wasn't opening it properly), and they didn't charge me! Excellent service, will be returning for any other phone issues I have.

I have been using this shop for years ! Staff is really helpful and honest which is hard to find these days!
