In fact they have even helped me procure furniture at extremely short notice. Poor customer service. My unit was being delivered next Wed and I was to pay the courier of the firm but the courier wasn't allowed to wait for me to inspect it, so I was, to pay the balance even although I wouldn't have seen it first to check for damages. I was asked if I wanted a refund which I said yes I did. Not the way to treat customers and can't recommend

I ordered a day bed from furniture direct - all done online and I have to say service was really good from start to finish. I called once before placing my order and spoke to Ajaz who was helpful and answered all my questions and queries. I had seen the same bed at Wayfair for about 75 more... so was delighted to find it on offer at furniture direct for such a good price. The delivery guys were also really helpful in bringing the items in for me as I wouldn't have managed such heavy and bulky boxes! It's my first time using this company and I must admit I'm really pleased and will very likely use again based on this experience. Also - the bed instructions were excellent - easy to follow!
