I had my wisdom teeth removed at firs dental. Doctor Jig was really supportive to me and clarify all my questions. He is so professional and friendly as well! Marry was amazing as well as she supported me when I was afraid! She holded my hand and was so nice to me! Just wanted to say thank you to both of them!

He is personable and has a caring atttiude towards his patients. Vishali, the nurse is a pleasant person. Kelly Anne, very hospitable. Extremely happy with the overall service provided. I’ve recently started going to the firs, after many years of staying with an old dental practice I decided to change, I couldn’t be more happy I’m normally very nervous but Richard and Mary made me feel very at ease and very well looked after. The new filling I have received which is on the side of my tooth is the smoothest filling I’ve ever had! I’m very pleased thank you to the Firs Birstall!

Have been coming for years for NHS treatment, used to see Darwood, saw a new dentist Dr Chris last week and am still disappointed, barely checked my teeth, felt like I was just being sold private treatment and dentist was quite pushy and seemed uninterested and unhappy when I made it clear that I didnt want that particular treatment. Will be returning hence 2* but will request different dentist

Been a patient here since they first opened. Over the years, a very competent team has developed offering services to NHS and private patients. Even though I moved a long way from Leicestershire 20 years ago, I keep coming back for my checkups regularly, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Great if you are a patient who is nervous about dental treatment. The dentists know how to put you at ease. Do pay them a visit, or call them if you are looking for a first rate dentist.
