Despite a long complaint .nothing I said was taken on board ,there was only speaking for themselves on their terms with excuses .no communication with patient or concern for disabled carer or realities .expected to ring in all night ,which was not feasable and mentally exhausted me.compounding all struggles .and making health worse .spoken to negatively with attitude . No respect for anyone there
