Very low quality of chat on website. You have to wait 20-25 minutes, after that operator is asking you how he can help. You try to explain in 2-3 messages. No answers. You are asking if the operator is still there. After another 2 minutes chat is ending and the reason is : no answer from costumer. Thanks. Got screenshots.

Went into Dunelm today, was very pleasantly greeted and good to see we were logged in so they know how many are in-store. Directed straight to the sanitiser. All staff I saw were masked, although a few customers were doing the annoying mask below nose thing, which was let go. Clearly marked out for distancing throughout. Otherwise, it's a lovely and we'll stocked shop, very reasonable pricing, good selection of goods.
