Still my favourite Costco wholesale store, staff are very helpful and always on hand to help out. Their Covid Safe procedures are very good and nice to see a store actually challenge customers who don't comply with them . Product quality is excellent and their returns policy is excellent. The free samples are always a treat when they are on and a great selection of wines all at reasonable prices.

I spend 1000s at Costco and love shopping there. However my recent visit i was appalled and upset by how a staff member named Paul came to me. I was with my non verbal & severely autistic son aged 12yrs. My son has zero understanding about the world around him and this pandemic has been very challenging. Paul (staff member) demanded my son to wear a mask. I understand the importance and the law of wearing one but my son is clearly exempt from this which i tried explaining Paul but he wasn't understanding what i am explaining. Also a mask has to be worn covering the nose and mouth area. Try explaining this to an autistic child! Clearly the Gov.uk website states you are exempt from wearing a mask that people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability where putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause you severe distress, if you are speaking to or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading, clear sound or facial expressions to communicate. This criteria fully meets the exemption for my son as I need to see his facial expressions as well in order to communicate. On top of this there were two other young people not wearing masks why wasn't they challenged as they were perfectly able people not like my son. I wanted to share this experience to everyone that the staff at Costco needs to educate themselves on the government guidelines and also educate on diversity and types of hidden disabilities in our communities. This is clearly discrimination and hope management can read this review and do the necessary so parent's with severely special needs children as well as other people with disabilities are properly catered for when visiting the store. It is a nice, spacious retail warehouse that stocks nearly everything, including grocery items non food items (TV, bathroom furniture, office chair, sofa, seasonal items like Christmas or Halloween decorations and many more) hot deli counter that you can buy a whole cooked chicken from and there is also a bakery that you can order a fresh personalised birthday cake from and an optician if you need one. There is also a cafe that offers hot food to eat or takeaway at low prices, same as IKEA, also there is a tyre shop just next to customer service desk if you need new tyres fitted while you doing your shopping. There is also a petrol station that provides premium petrol and diesel cheaper than other petrol stations in the city, but you have to be a member to use the petrol station. Couple of things to know: Free sample Make sure to try these if you can as not only you will enjoy a nice treat, but it will also help you decide if you actually want to buy the whole product. The Jewellery Costco doesn't just stock costume jewellery like other retailers, but instead it stocks items worth thousands of pounds such as engagement rings. One thing you need to be mindful of is that some of Costco's prices do not always include VAT. It will be the smaller figure underneath the price in bold which will be the final figure. Also always check the price and the item description as sometimes labels don't belong to the item that have been displayed as they have removed the item and replaced it with an another and haven't changed the price label. There are no bags at the tills, so make sure you bring your own if they are needed.

Mostly do my monthly shopping here. Very convenient easy drive. Some goods are pricey than the supermarket but some the other way around. But overall it's a good buy mainly.

Good for bulk and smaller purchases. Wide aisles and huge range of items. Meat and fresh produce & fruit very good in my experience. Excellent frozen produce and very wide range of fish and meat. Tills can get busy but usually well managed by staff.
