A well planned and laid out garden centre. Good car parking. Plants for garden organised for small medium and high growth. Staff that know and know where you need to look. And these days: a good discipline for Covid 19 times and safety for everyone. Thanks Coles Nurseries.

Being a Google guide l take my reviews very seriously as what l say can influence and affect other people's decisions. Recently l did the rounds of Leicester Garden Centers to aquire Perpetual Spinage seeds for a blind friend. I am disabled and get around on crutches. At the entrance of Coles l was met by a very officious women who was not in the least interested in assisting me make my visit the garden centre not only enjoyable, but profitable. The rule for entry, (this is to count numbers in the centre) is, you must use a garden trolley, the ones which you have to lift then push. I explained l was unable to effect this action, as l needed to be held upright, (as store trolley's do). I have never quite experienced such a lack of empathy. Whether it was, she was having a bad day, or she didn't like her job, she certainly wasn't bothered whether l stayed or left empty handed. I was upset, she was hurtful, this was a rare experience in retail shopping. Clearly, thought hasn't been given to acommadating disabled persons. I won't be returning to Coles, l am unable to review this centre as l never got the chance to see inside.
