We were thinking about replacing our garage door with an electric roller door and noticed someone across the road having one fitted by CMS which is a local company . I asked one of the chaps if he could measure my door and organise a quote for us . He talked me through everything and what work was required prior to installation , We later went into the office at CMS where Leanne , who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products , went through everything with us On the day of the installation the fitters arrived promptly at 8-30 and got stuck in , they kept me informed to what they intended doing and involved me whenever there was a choice to be made . The job was completed in good time and the standard of finish and workmanship was first class , they are a credit to CMS . I found the complete experience with CMS from start to finish very professional and hassle free . I'd certainly recommend CMS to anyone .

We purchased a garage door and front door from CMS. Both doors are of outstanding quality easily as good as more famous brand leaders. We were able to view doors at the Leicester showroom and Leanne was able to offer advice and explain features with out applying any pressure for a quick sale. Coronavirus made many aspects of our renovation difficult but we were kept in touch and all our emails were answered promply and helpfully and CMS were prepared to adapt to our commitments to other trades. The fitters were courteous, skilfull and knowledgable. They took a pride in their work and their product. CMS are not happy with anything other than perfection and replaced the glase panel as the lines did not quite match before we had noticed a problem. We can recommend CMS without reservation.

I rarely give a 5 star rating but actually the CMS team everyone, Leanne, Leon and my 2 fab fitters did an excellent job (even when I changed my mind!!). The showroom is a really helpful experience, and the quality of the product is excellent, but definitely matched by customer service, I would definitely recommend.

I genuinely can't recommend this company enough. Not only was the installation brilliant (highly skilled people who clearly know their stuff) and the product great quality, but the after sales service received has been exceptional. Nothing has been too much trouble and whenever I call with a query, they are always still happy to help, even over 3 years post implementation. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you CMS.
