staff are friendly enough depends what time of day you catch them at and what department your at. Store is very small and over stocked could do with having a good clear out.
They do have good prices but their guarantee is really blurred policy mostly so be sure to fiddle a little before buying. For selling,i clearly saw on the reflection the shop assistant search the price on CEX and then propose me 20 lower than i could sell it there unaware that i saw it. More of a take it or leave it store.
good place to buy phones and games. needs a bit organising though
