I cannot believe this non-sense. I am moving houses right now I wanted to get carpets. When I bought it, there was no info on when it would arrive so before I bought it I called the store and they said it would be 7-10 day so i bought it but after when I called they said it would be 2-3 weeks. Terrible customer service. You get no info. Don’t recommend to anyone

Carpetright is a disaster and beyond a joke, do not buy your carpets from here - once they have your money - its all down hill from there onwards. Will not be purchasing carpet from this company ever again. Management and afterservice is shocking!!!!

Wasted my time coming to your store, it was shut at 5 past 6, yet opening hours for Monday and Tuesday is 9.30 to 8.00 pm. 1 star for not being bothered to change opening hours online,and if you can't botherd to do a 2 min change to your website what else are you lasy at. Shame you lost a sale.

Check prices on website as they don't always put web reductions on items. Lady in store also told us 4 to 6 weeks on some vinyl flooring. Telesales said 8 to 10 days coz it was in stock. Actually took 21 days coz store only gets its deliveries once a week
