Popped in this morning 14/02/21 there was a que. We all can see that the aisles were empty but weren't allowed in. Staff standing around doing nothing. Ques at the checkout no staff to delegate customers to counters. There were few people not wearing face mask. Security and staff should be enforcing the law to customers to wear there mask. B&Q get your act together and do your job.
