Men arrived at 10.30am, had phone call day before saying 12.30#1.30 pm. so good job we got up earlier to open back gate & clear garden of anything in the way,but we must say they started & worked non stop & all work done satisfactory & cleaned up.,pleasant lads ,job well done, would recommend to anyone,job booked last nov so must be busy thanks beddow for job well done, graham astill leicester

We arranged for Beddows to come to give us a quote on a Tuesday. They suggested a time, which we agreed, but they didn't turn up or phone to say they weren't coming. We phoned them two hours later and they had no explanation of why they hadn't come. We, optimistically, rebooked for a visit on the Friday - again they didn't turn up and, when we spoke to them, said the owner must be 'busy'. We shall not, ever, use them again.
