Jessie was very helpful and knowledgable in helping me obtain my passport.
I went to this place thinking that I can pick up a form and mail from home. The guy said that this place was the only one (I guess in NJ) to apply and ii not there, I'd have to go to Philadelphia in person. I had a hard time believing it but wanted to get a form and a photo done. He did not give me a form and said that I had to fill it in there. He never mentioned that there would be a service fee on top of mailing and photo fees. This came to me as a surprise which really made me very frustrated. I like businesses when all fees are announced upfront and there is no misinformation. I do not object the fees but it would be honest to tell them upfront so a custom can decide whether to go ahead or not.
I saw great reviews and decided to go check it out, but the office literally is non-existent. We walked into the door and found a dark, empty room! It might be worth reaching out by phone to see if there is some other way to use their services, but going to the address provided is not productive.
If you need a passport quickly, this is the group to call. ALWAYS answered my calls to walk me through every step of processing my children's passports. They are true to their word to help expedite passports in the timeline they outline. Jesse and Paul were so supportive when I was a bit anxious to have this all done by the time we needed for our trip. They are wonderful, call them. They won't disappoint!
