This company helped us renew and obtain a new passport within a week of departure. Everyone is so helpful and patient. They walk you through every step of the process. I highly recommend this company!!
Needed my infant's passport in a big hurry for us to have our first family vacation in Cancun, Mexico. Legal Passport acted with intensity and had my daughter's application submitted the very next day after I delivered it to them. Ran into some trouble with the photo, but was immediately notified by Legal Passport about the matter. They advised me on exactly what I needed to do. Had my passport sent to me the very next day. Paul, Jesse, and the LP team were great to work with. Thanks for saving my family holiday trip. Much appreciated!
I am beyond grateful and impressed with the team for taking the time to so clearly explain and counsel my husband and I on the risks and strategies for safe travel. Very professional and knowledgeable, but also warm. No sales pressure, Just guidance to the right decisions for me. Highly recommended!
These guys anwsered the phone every time throughout the process of expediting my passport. Their website is easy to use and the instructions are clearly laid out (unlike the awful government website). Had my passport in 2 weeks between the first call to them made and the moment it was on my doorstep.
