Our family ate here on Tuesday and the food was excellent! Portions were a decent size and I felt I received value for my money. The food was good and we'll definitely be back! I've heard that there were some kinks that needed to be worked out, but they've done an incredible job in my opinion!

Brand new customer! I placed an online order after i couldn't reach them on the phone. I thought I would give it a try even after reading all the reviews. The food was good! The cheesesteak was excellent and a decent price. The Caesar Salad(10.98) was the same as any other Caeser I have eaten. The problem is that I thought I ordered an adult salad but only received 12 pieces of romaine and about 2 ounces of chicken breast. A 3 piece nugget at Mickey D's would have more chicken than this! I tried calling to give them a chance to fix or explain and again phone just rang and rang. So I guess they don't believe in customers giving them a second chance. Bye bye Lefty's.

Wow I love lefties cheesesteak! Every single one of their menu items is great and I highly recommend trying their franchise if you have not. I definitely would not recommend the south Lyon lefties cheesesteak however. Had a little bit of a communication issue with the owner who does not appear to speak very good English regarding what she was requesting of me and what I was telling her about Covid policies. I went to open and inspect my sandwich at the sub landing area where your sub is given to the customer because they were people eating any available booths. I did not want to leave find out my sandwich had issues and then come back. I was told immediately to find somewhere else to open my sandwich. I explained I was not going to eat my sandwich and was trying to respect the people dining by staying 6 feet away from them. I was been ordered to remove myself from the proper immediately. He did not even want to give me the time to ramp up my sandwich and began insulting me and calling me names. I had asked her why she was so unhappy and if she did not like her job why she worked there. She then stated to me that she is the owner. Sadly... I do recommend lefties cheesesteaks however I would stay clear of the south Lyon franchise. During times of a pandemic business owners are under a lot of stress but they should be grateful for every customer or patron that still choose to eat at their restaurants. Had a corned beef special. The meat was fat and tough. The pickle that came with it looked like a truck had run over it. Also had a Lefty’s 8” cheese steak. It was mushy at best. For the price I’ll pass. Won’t be back

The cheese steak was very good, could have been a 4 or 5 star sandwich if it were not on a hot dog bun... Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.
