Great experience from start to finish & rob was extremely helpful. I ended up returning the SIM driver after a rattle in the head appeared after using it a handful of times, they arranged for the driver to be picked up along with dropping off a new driver head within 24 hours. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy & there was a suitable resolution to the issue.

It is so hard to find left handed golf clubs, but the left handed golf website is easy to use and great to find what you are looking for. Ordered and three days later I have them in the house. Great customer service and easy to do business with.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful on the day. I was fitted by Bill. The session was really informative and interesting. The session was a laugh too which helps you to relax. Great selection of irons for a left handed player and the help and advice from Bill resulted in significant improvements with the new iron set. No hard sell, The integrity of the fitter meant I left with the equipment that would help me most at this particular time and nothing more. The only slight moan is the time it took from the order to delivery. Still, the clubs are with me now and this should not detract from the overall service. Hope to return in the future for some more stuff when required. Matt, Liverpool
