Phenomenal group of makers. The amount of knowledge in the member base and their willingness to share, collaborate and help is beyond measure. The tools and equipment available through membership are far beyond what any normal person could hope to amass on their own. Well worth joining up.
The makerspace is a great place to do your own projects, learn from others, help others, and just mingle. I have access to over a million dollars in equipment. I couldn't dream of having this at home. I can 3D print one day, build something in the woodshop the next, make ceramics, learn to sew, learn to solder (not so good yet), make tshirt vinyl logos for my shirts, and, and, and... I love it.
Amazing organization
Makersmiths is the place to be for any handyman! The people are very nice and the shop is well equipped! Have a project you could use some help with? Send them an email first and I am sure they will be happy to help!
