Dr. Lee is one of the most impressive physicians I have ever dealt with. She is very thorough in her questions during an office visit . She also seems to think about my health concerns from multiple perspectives. While today, most doctors are forced to rush, she seems to try to take more time and really understand what is going on as best as can be expected.

I had a new patient apt today with Dr. Lee. I called to confirm on my way and was put on hold for more than 3 minutes. I filled out all the new patient forms and sat for 10 minutes past my appointment. When i inquired as to when I would be seen, I was told she was running more than 45 minutes behind. I did not wait. This office needs front desk help and assistance to ensure timely appointments. You should not ever expect to wait an hour without a call or option for another time/day.
