Ordered bespoke trousers. They took extra 3 weeks but considering the lock downs in the UK this was fast. E-mails and phone calls never answered but finally received my order and the quality of the garment was worth the wait. Will definitely do business again.

I run a business. Parcel never got to me and they only answered my mail when it got back to them. They told me they were shipping it maybe like... 3months ago ? Since then no anwer, either by mail, social media or phone. Big Scam, never buy from this seller.
Avoid this seller. I placed an order for 134 Pound on April 24, 2020 and I have never received my order. I have been trying to reach them by phone but it is always on answering machine and I have left messages but I never got a reply.. I have been trying to reach them by mail and I got a reply once on June 9 saying they would look into it, but nothing since.
Rarely, if ever, do I write reviews. The reason is simple – great service is meant to be accorded to clients / customers…but the reason I am making an exception this time because the service given to me by Yorkshire Fabric has been truly extraordinary. I wanted to purchase tweed and get it shipped immediately – and my requirement was urgent. I spoke with Andy quite a few times about this – in fact, I almost pestered him. Andy was truly courteous, absolutely prompt, responsive and very, very helpful. In order to get the shipment to me in time, he took personal interest and coordinated with the carrier to ensure this. Andy, great job done – thank you so much! You have another loyal customer now!
