they keep sending us a letter to register to another GP because of our address but the address we are registered now is a care address we are homeless we told them so many times but yesterday @3:15 pm the cashier was inappropriate disrespectful she told me I don’t look homeless she couldn’t believe me even when I told her that I don’t have a home she said how came you are homeless???? She need to go and ask the house council!!!

I called at exactly 8:30am and waited on hold for 30 minutes no exaggeration to be \put through to an operator\ but at 9am the automated voice said there was no available operators to take my call and then hung up on me. So I've called again and im back in a queue? And probably at the back of it! Are you having a laugh? I only need a prescription and today is my only day off from uni to get it! Can't believe it's this difficult.
