Outstanding service from our driver taking us home after Mums funeral. Dad fell and the driver rushed to help despite the current covid situation and refused to accept a tip. Amazing display of kindness

Unfortunatly i used the app with my stored card. So the driver went the long way a route thats normally 3 but the app said could be upto 3 .50 was 5.10 because drivers can overcharge and dont have to refund. I wouldent mind they even charged an extra 30p for waiting 1 min. I got no ringback. I seen him pullup luckily so turned off lights, locked up. Grabbed my coat which took a minute and yes charged and nothing i can do. Infact if the drivers can do what they want when your cards like a blank check. And after a bad year in this area it looked like they were improving and we were getting a simular service that the firm they took over provided but i have to give 2 stars as there becoming reliable again and some cars are getting cleaner.

Hi we used Wheels yesterday and had a brilliant service both to town and home, the Taxi's came on time and both drivers were very polite and talkative a credit to the company. We always feel safe using Wheels and the price is comparable with other companies. Keep it up Wheels. John

We booked a taxis both ways from dolphin court to the Calls leeds city on Friday and back on Sunday. My only complaint was both drivers had been smoking and the cars smelt of strong cigarette which transferred on to our clothing. This is not very good when there are no smoking signs in the cars. Other than that quick and polite thank you
