Feeling so much happy...one of the best experiences having old structured building beside new innovated buildings. The ambiance so good and it was like best place to study for any course

A great University with wonderful staff and lots of support. Of course the support you receive differs from department to department and the size of your cohort. However all in all the staff welcome constructive criticism and if you bring an issue to them, they will listen.

Wish I could 0 star rate but 1 star will suffice (I guess). Had a bad experience with the admission team of LUBS. This particular staff was completely rude, disregarded my concerns and bluntly told me that they will never accept future applications from me. (I am not being this salty just because I wasn't accepted but because facts are facts) By the way she said 40-49% in a module was too low to be accepted (I got 46/47%) but an applicant with 40% got accepted to LUBS...

Would've given 4 or 5 stars if they could make sure that one particular staff at the Student Services Centre counter is professional or at least polite (and if they can't do something about students' complaints, at least respond ffs). Shame because all my other experiences with this uni was good.
